Our Focus & Grant Guidelines

The Alys Foundation supports 501c3 registered charities within Walton County, Florida, whose mission and programs align with one of the following categories:

Healthcare Access

Expanding access to compassionate, affordable medical, dental, and mental health care and health education resources.

Arts & Culture

Expanding access to the arts and inspiring creativity and connection through local cultural programs.

Community Impact Pillar

Investing in local organizations and initiatives that strengthen neighborhoods, expand opportunity, and improve quality of life.

The Alys Foundation accepts grant applications from organizations who meet the following criteria:

Must be tax-exempt under Section 501©(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and provide an IRS Determination Letter.
Must be a charity based in Walton County, FL that serves the residents and animals of Walton County, FL .
The Alys Foundation does not align with any political or religious affiliations.
Must be able to provide an annual budget and one fiscal year’s worth of financial statements.
The organization’s mission and programs align with the Foundation’s areas of focus.
The Alys Foundation does not issue sponsorships or grand funding for charity events.
Applications are accepted on a quarterly basis and organizations may only apply once per year.

Apply for a Grant:

Step 1

Fill out the following Grant Application Form during an open grant application period.

Step 2

Please allow one week for the application to be reviewed and for eligibility to be determined.

Step 3

Once it is determined that the application meets the eligibility criteria, applicants will be notified by email that their application has entered the review process. We recommend adding thealysfoundation@alysbeach.com to your list of contacts.

Step 4

Once accepted into review, please allow 4-6 weeks for your grant application to be processed.
